Westlands HQ

1,200 m² across four floors of an East African financial-services headquarters in Westlands. The brief: open the floor plates without opening the politics.

We specified frameless 12 mm partitions for the executive plate, lower-acoustic frosted-glass for the open-plan areas, and gypsum coffered ceilings throughout. The render was signed off by the client before any contractor arrived on site.
