Why we render before we cut

Most of the cost of a fit-out is not in the cut. It is in the cuts you redo. Specifications that change after the carpenter has already shaped the panel. Glass dimensions agreed by phone. A ceiling lit only after the dropped bulkhead is in.
When we draw a room first — by hand, by software, in light — we stop guessing. The render is not a sales tool. It is the contract. What the client signs off is what we build, finish for finish.
Twice in render, once in the room. By the time we arrive on your site, every decision is already made.
